Cece likes all things creative: painting, sewing, writing, mixed media art, and knitting.

Cece has a sincere appreciation for everything fun, artistic, and innovative. She truly enjoys seeing her innate sense of curiosity and love of learning reflected in her students as they pose questions of all sorts. Cece firmly believes that the only silly question is the one a student doesn’t ask—after all, posing questions is how we learn! Also, finding new methods and manners to teach students (including through art and song!) is what Cece loves most.

For some students, learning comes easily. For others, support can be very impactful: that’s where Cece comes in. As a young child, Cece, herself, had reading support; thereafter, when she was confident in her skills, reading became less of a chore and, in fact, a hobby. As she likes to say, “Reading is the fastest way we can travel anywhere and at any time, too!”

With lots of teaching experience both in the classroom and 1-to-1 with neurotypical and neurodiverse students, Cece enjoys bringing a sense of fun, patience, and creativity to each of her lessons at ES. She enjoys writing and editing papers, teaching math, making organizational charts and graphs, and, of course, finding create new ways to ensure her lessons effectively sink into young minds!
